CHORLEY BOUNCY CASTLES TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

- Units that are 12ft or less in size have an age limit of 12. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment, it can lead to damage to the unit and injury to the users.

- No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the unit which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the customer will incur a cleaning charge of £50) .

- All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the unit.

- Under no circumstances shall persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs be allowed to use or interfere with any of the equipment.

- No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the unit.

- No smoking or barbecues near the unit.

- Under no circumstances should you touch inside the fan, this can lead to serious injury and death.

- Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed, it can also damage the inflatable.

- A responsible adult must supervise the unit at all times.

- Always ensure that the unit is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time. Maximum of 4 children on 12ft castles and maximum of 6 children on larger castles.

- Ensure users are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

- If the unit is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains.

- Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off only.

- Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the unit as indeed any child who is feeling unwell.

- Do not allow anyone to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.

- No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the unit.

- Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.

- Equipment should not be used if it is raining under any circumstances.

- In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the unit immediately. Check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something      has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should   restart. If it does not, inform us straight away.

- Please ensure that no children stand in the way of the user striking the ball towards the penalty shoot out, as serious injury could occur.  Please also be aware that users may cause damage to property or injure others with a football, we accept no responsibility for this.

- All garden games should be used appropriately, misuse could lead to serious injury.

- Any lost equipment will result in a charge for the full value of that equipment.

- Mascot costumes should be worn by a responsible adult only, regular breaks should be taken to prevent dehydration.

- Mascot costumes should be kept clean and returned in the condition they were delivered in, failure to adhere to this will result in a cleaning charge.  Any lost or destroyed pieces will result in a charge for the value of the entire costume.

-The candy floss machine and popcorn machine are only to be used by persons over the age of 18 who have been shown how to properly and safely operate the equipment by a member of our team.

-Do not allow anyone to lean on or misuse any equipment, or to touch any part other than those  communicated to be safe.

Please note that all items are checked upon collection and any damage found will result in a repair charge being issued to the customer.
