How do I book?

To book simply call or text us on 07502 298072, alternatively you can email us and we aim to reply within 24 hours.

How much notice do you need?

We require as much notice as possible as we get very busy but on odd occasions you may be able to get equipment off us on the day of your event.

What days do you operate?

We operate every day of the year including Christmas and Bank Holidays.

What are your delivery and collection times?

We aim to deliver all our products before 12pm and collect them between 5pm and 7pm, however this may not always be possible due to factors beyond our control such as traffic.

I have chosen an overnight booking, what time will you pick up?

If the product is due out the following day we will pick up at 8am, if not it will be a time most suited to our other deliveries.

What happens if the equipment gets dirty whilst in my care?

While we understand the odd dirt mark may occur whilst on hire, if the equipment is in unusuable condition then you will be charged a cleaning fee of £50 or given an invoice for a replacement unit.

What happens if the equipment becomes damaged whilst in my care?

As the customer you are responsible for the safety of both users of the equipment and the equipment itself whilst in your care.  If damage occurs during that time then we will send you the invoice for the cost of repairing or replacing the unit, we will also charge for any bookings that subsequently have to be cancelled whilst that unit is unusable.

What are the age limits for a child's castle?

The limit for a child’s castle is 12 years.

Can an inflatable be set up on a slope?

If the slope is slight then there should not be a problem, otherwise we cannot set up due to safety issues.

How much space do I need?

Sizes are clearly shown next to all our equipment on this website, we also require a further 3 feet around the equipment to ensure safety and space for the safety mats and blower.

What access do you need?

We require 3ft width for most of our equipment excluding slides and the larger products.  If we need to go through your house for access to the garden we ask that you ensure there is a clear path free from objects.  We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or dirt occurring from needing to go through your property.

What do I need on the day of my hire?

You will need any outstanding payment and 2 forms of I.D (utility bill and photo I.D) as this forms part of our insurance requirements.  You will also need to ensure your garden and path to it are free of objects and hazards such as dog mess.  Our drivers are on a tight schedule and cannot wait for these issues to be corrected, your delivery will be pushed to the end of the schedule if we cannot deliver in the time slot we have for you.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash, card (2.75% fee) or bank transfer (accepted only before your delivery).

I have found cheaper elsewhere, why should I book with you?

Whilst we are aware some of our competitors are cheaper, we advise against using price as the only factor when hiring equipment.  All our equipment is clean, insured and most of all safe.  In 5 years of trading we have never once let a customer down or not turned up but have instead stepped in at the last minute when our competitors have let their customers down.  Do not put your or your child’s day at risk.

Can inflatables be set up on concrete?

The preferred method of securing our inflatables is using pegs which are hammered into the grass, if you only have hard standing then we can drill replaceable bolts into the ground, please contact us if this is the case.

Where do you deliver to?

There are no limits to where we will deliver, however free delivery is only available up to 15 miles from our base in Chorley, Lancashire.

Can we use the inflatables in the rain?

Most of our inflatables have shower covers which will protect against a light shower, however we still recommend you towel dry the step to avoid slipping.  In heavy rain or wind we advise you turn off the inflatable and do not use it as both these weather conditions carry a significant safety concern.

How much does the electricity for an inflatable cost?

The blowers we use to keep the inflatable up cost between 8-10 pence an hour in electricity to run.

I need to cancel, what should I do?

If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible in order that we can hire out the equipment to someone else.  If we arrive at your property and you cancel then we will charge you a £30 cancellation fee.

The weather is bad, will you still bring the inflatable?

If the weather is severe we will ring you and inform you of our decision, high winds or rain will mean we are unable to deliver your equipment due to terms in our insurance.  We always put safety ahead of money, so please accept our decision as final.
